Special options for custom embroidered patches

After years of development, embroidered patches are available in special customized options that are unique and perfect. We offer a wide variety of products and pick materials like reflective materials, lint, damask, anti-cotton or anti-static based upon product texture and color. There are also host of cannery, black, white and colorful nylon fishing cord, wool flock and fluorescence thread including auxiliary materials like airletters, decoration and patch laces. We provide over 500 twills and cross-colors to make your custom-made patches stand out.

The difference between adhesive and iron on:
Adhesive allows you to stick your patch on clothing for temporary use purposes.
Iron on is quicker and more convenient to install patches than sewing the patches on.

How to iron on a patch?
1. Place patch onto anywhere of cloth directly
2. Cover a thin cloth on patch, and than iron on. Avoid using iron directly on patch to protect the patch under high temperature.
3. Keep pressing the iron around 50 – 60 seconds and the temp approx. 170 – 180C ( depend on the thickness of cloth )
4. Move out iron, wait for cool down completely
5. If adherece is not perfectly, please repeat action Step 3 & 4
