4 factors decide the prices
- Percentage Of Embroidery:There are 3 embroidery types, namely, 50% embroidery, 75% embroidery or 100% embroidery.
- Size Of The Patches:The smallest size of patches is 1″ while the largest patches size goes up to 22″.
- Quantity Of The Order:We even take order for one single patch. However, the larger quantity will enable a better price for you. The production process for one patch is same.
- Special Option:The special option price is not included in the percentage price. We provide hundreds of special options and the list of most common patches options is given below.
What is 50%, 75% 100% embroidery ?
- Percentage of Embroidery Coverage defines the amount of embroidery across the entire surface of a patch. We base our embroidery percentage upon three amounts: 50%, 75%, and 100%.
- 50% Embroidery means 50% or less of the surface area of a patch that will be embroidered in thread;
- 75% Embroidery means more than 50% but less 100% of the surface area of a patch that will be embroidered in thread.
How to calculate the patches size?
- Add the height and the width of your design then divide it by two to get the patch size.
- Example: Your embroidery design’s height is 3 and width 6〈 3 + 6 = 9 ÷ 2 = 4.5 〉 4.5 is your size.
- You can find the related price according to your quantity and can get cheaper custom patches with a larger order quantity.
